Travel Diary: Nassau, Bahamas

For those of you who don’t already know, I graduated from college last month (debt free might I add) and wanted to treat myself to an amazing vacation for all my hard work. I decided that a cruise to the beautiful Bahamas was the place to go. I went with a friend of mine named Justin who honestly, couldn’t have been a better travel partner! I wanted to share some of the photos and videos we took while traveling with you all so that you could get a more personal glimpse of what I enjoy and also some of the outfits I chose to wear.

Day 1: We had to fly toIMG_4082 Miami which was a better option than driving, I just honestly hate that aspect of traveling in general. But we made it and were so excited to begin this journey. For that beautiful view of Miami I guess we really couldn’t complain.

Day 2: This was our first official day on the boat. We pretty much just explored and ate all afternoon. Then slept the night away from our food comas.

Day 3: We made it Nassau! We immediately headed to the beach where little did we know we have the time of our lives dancing, drinking, and enjoying each others company along with the people we met. Later that night we decided to explore the nightlife in Nassau so we hit up a few bars and clubs in the area near our boat.

*Plot Twist* Bet you had no idea Justin’s ankle was broken! You know I had to throw at least one picture with the boot in!

Day 4: Our last and final day of full vacay! On this day we pretty much just caught up on some sleep and explored the boat. We went to a comedy show and gambled in the casino! Unfortunately though, we failed at taking pictures on this day and have nothing to prove what happened.IMG_4199

I hope that you guys enjoyed my brief vacation post! I’d love to hear about some of the things you’ve done for vacations! Where do you want to travel to next?! I’m thinking Costa Rica!

  1. Woah! I’m really enjoying the template/theme of this blog.

It’s simple, yet effective. A lot of times it’s tough
to get that “perfect balance” between usability and appearance.
I must say you have done a awesome job with this. In addition, the blog loads extremely quick for me on Internet explorer.
    Excellent Blog!
